SHIPPING

After confirming payment receipt (order) processing time to prepare the order is 1-2 days, once the order is ready we immediately ship it from our warehouse and our general shipping time is 3-5 days for certain areas it may be 5-7 days it means you will get your order within 7-10 working days from the date of order. Shipment may be delayed due to pandemic situation (COVID 19).

 

DEFECTIVE GOODS

We are at your retention 24 hours a day and will do our best to complete the task on time. If there is a problem with matching or printing your order, the Wrap Shopee team will be happy to replace you with another product. We’ve seen that some customers vent their concerns on social media accounts that are defamatory to the Wrap Shopee brand name without first consulting our team. This is strongly opposed, and the appropriate legal remedies will be sought.

 

CANCELLATIONS/RETURN/REFUNDS

Except for statutory cancellation rights, orders are non-cancellable once placed. Due to the individual features of Wrap Shopee products, purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchange are available for products that have been damaged prior to delivery, or with a logo or other image that does not match the logo or other image requested by the customer.  If the product appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided. You cannot cancel your order and request a refund after the payment gateway has successfully placed and processed your order. Return requests will only be considered if:

 

  • The buyer does not receive delivery of the ordered item within 30 working days (in the case of delivery) from the date of the order
  • If your order from www.wrapshopee.com cannot be shipped

Refund requests for damaged products will not be accepted. We will exchange damaged products as soon as we receive this to our attention. Since all products are made post order by us, no refunds will be issued if the buyer wishes to return the product after delivery if he/she is not satisfied with the product or if the product does not meet expectations. after receiving the order.

No refunds will be issued if the buyer wishes to return the product due to subtle differences in design and colour/color. There is always a slight colour/color difference between the products you see online and the ones you get your hands on.

Note: Parcels returned without email confirmation are not eligible for an Exchange.

 

UNDELIVERD GOODS

If your order has not been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout within the recommended time, please let us know using the Contact Information section. We will work with you to process the reshipment and ensure that you receive the items you paid for. We do not offer refunds for undelivered items as we have no control over them once they have left our warehouse. There are no refunds in the following cases:

  • The shipping address is invalid or out of date
  • After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts from courier service due to incorrect address/contact details
  • The package was rejected by the recipient

 In this case, the buyer must pay an RTO fee of INR 60* (Subject to change as per courier services), which is collected by the courier for delivery of the goods to our warehouse. The specified product will then be shipped back with updated data. Requests for refunds or design changes will not be considered in these circumstances.

CUSTOMISED ORDERS

In case the customer wants any specific wallpaper/image printed on the Skin, liabilities arising from any copyright or other intellectual property violations will belong to the customer. Wrap Shopee does not performed Responsibility for confidentiality and potential misuse of Custom images being uploaded, but Wrapshopee does its best to protect the privacy of such images.
