After understanding the same, we will send you a replacement product after consulting with the buyer. The Life and Fitting of skin largely depends on whether it has been applied correctly according to the instructions on the package. If there is a problem with matching or printing your order, the Wrap Shopee team will be happy to replace you with another product. We have found that some people have expressed their concerns on social media in ways that undermine the Wrap Shopee brand name without first discussing them with our team. This is highly condemned and necessary action will be taken against such action.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURN/REFUNDS
Except for statutory cancellation rights, orders are non-cancellable once placed. Due to the individual features of Wrap Shopee products, purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchange are available for products that have been damaged prior to delivery, or with a logo or other image that does not match the logo or other image requested by the customer. If the product appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided. You cannot cancel your order and request a refund after the payment gateway has successfully placed and processed your order. Return requests will only be considered if:

Refund requests for damaged products will not be accepted. We will exchange damaged products as soon as we receive this to our attention. Since all products are made post order by us, no refunds will be issued if the buyer wishes to return the product after delivery if he/she is not satisfied with the product or if the product does not meet expectations. after receiving the order.
No refunds will be issued if the buyer wishes to return the product due to subtle differences in design and colour/color. There is always a slight colour/color difference between the products you see online and the ones you get your hands on.

UNDELIVERD GOODS
If your order has not been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout within the recommended time, please let us know using the Contact Information section. We will work with you to process the reshipment and ensure that you receive the items you paid for. We do not offer refunds for undelivered items as we have no control over them once they have left our warehouse. There are no refunds in the following cases:
- The shipping address is invalid or out of date
- After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts from courier service due to incorrect address/contact details
- The package was rejected by the recipient
In this case, the buyer must pay an RTO fee of INR 60* (Subject to change as per courier services), which is collected by the courier for delivery of the goods to our warehouse. Wrap Shopee does not performed Responsibility for confidentiality and potential misuse of Custom images being uploaded, but Wrapshopee does its best to protect the privacy of such images.
INDEMNIFICATION
You(Customer/Visitor) agree to defend and hold harmless on us Wrapshopee.com against all loses expenses, damages and cost including attorney fees resulting from any violation of terms and conditions by You(Customer/Visitor), No employee of wrapshopee.com including all officer’s directors and service providers would be liable for any such act where you (Customer/Visitor) or even your internet account has violated the terms and conditions of our website
